Definition

An Incoterms 2020 rule where the seller delivers when the goods are placed at the buyer's disposal at the named destination, ready for unloading, with the seller bearing all risk up to that point. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any duties or import VAT. In South Africa the buyer therefore remains liable to SARS for duty and VAT under DAP.
