Common questions
How often will I get emails?
The free tier sends one digest every Tuesday plus same-day notes only for high-impact regulatory changes (SARS Schedule 1 amendments, gazetted duty changes). On average, expect 1–3 emails per week. Pro adds instant WhatsApp for every alert, but you control the categories.
Can I choose which categories I receive?
Yes — in your subscription settings once you've created an account. Toggle regulatory, port events, gazette, and tools-launch news independently.
What if I want to stop?
Every email and WhatsApp message includes a one-click unsubscribe. We honour it immediately. POPIA s23 also gives you the right to request deletion of every record we hold — email [email protected] and we'll do it within 10 business days.
