How buyers reach you — and how leads are shared
Featured listings are served first. Every lead from a matching calculator is offered to your Featured listing before anyone else — you're never rotated out and there's no monthly cap.
Verified listings share the rest, fairly. Each lead reaches up to 3 providers. After the Featured listings, remaining slots go to Verified listings on a least-recently-served rotation — so everyone gets a fair turn — up to 5 tool leads per month each.
You quote on-site; pay only on a win. Reply and quote inside Trade Caravan — the buyer's contact details unlock when they accept. Receiving leads and enquiries, messaging and quoting are all free; a flat R99 success fee is charged only when a buyer accepts your quote, whether it came from a calculator or your directory listing.
Your listing also lets you hire
An approved directory listing is the only way to post a job on Careers, our logistics and supply-chain job board. There is no separate employer account and no extra sign-up — once your company is vetted here, posting is switched on. Candidates apply with the CV they built on the site, and you track them through your own hiring stages from your provider dashboard, so applicants always know where they stand.

Adverts run for 30 days and are reviewed by a person before they go public. Every advert is also published to Google for Jobs and our Indeed, CareerJunction and PNet feeds.
