Included with Verified & Featured listings. People who just calculated their duty, freight, insurance or carbon cost ask for quotes — we route each request to matching providers, you quote on-site, and you pay only when a buyer accepts. The same flat fee applies to accepted quotes on direct listing enquiries — receiving and messaging always stay free.
Comparable lead-gen services charge R350–R800 per lead — up front, whether or not it converts. On Trade Caravan you pay a flat R99, and only when a buyer accepts your quote.
How the rotation works
Featured listings are served first. Every lead from a matching calculator is offered to your Featured listing before anyone else — you're never rotated out and there's no monthly cap.
Verified listings share the rest, fairly. Each lead reaches up to 3 providers. After the Featured listings, remaining slots go to Verified listings on a least-recently-served rotation — so everyone gets a fair turn — up to 5 tool leads per month each.
You quote on-site; pay only on a win. Reply and quote inside Trade Caravan — the buyer's contact details unlock when they accept. Receiving leads and enquiries, messaging and quoting are all free; a flat R99 success fee is charged only when a buyer accepts your quote, whether it came from a calculator or your directory listing.
