An Incoterms 2020 rule, renamed from the former DAT, where the seller delivers when the goods are unloaded from the arriving means of transport and placed at the buyer's disposal at the named destination. It is the only Incoterm that requires the seller to unload the goods. Import clearance, duties and VAT remain the buyer's responsibility.
