  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of South African law, including the Cybercrimes Act.
  • Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service except as we expressly permit.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive or malicious content (including malware).
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

2. Security & data responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure, use the Service in a way that protects personal information, and tell us promptly if you discover a vulnerability or suspect unauthorised access. These obligations support our POPIA security duties.

3. Consequences of breach

If you breach this AUP we may, depending on severity, warn you, throttle or suspend your access, remove offending content, terminate your account, and where appropriate report the matter to the authorities. We may act immediately where there is a risk to the Service, other users or third parties.

4. Reporting abuse

To report misuse, security issues or abusive content, email [email protected]. Please include enough detail for us to investigate.
