Can I upload my company logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF and crop it to a square, paste an https image link, or pull the logo from your Trade Caravan directory listing if you have one. SVG is not supported. The logo is stamped on every PDF.
Can I preview my invoice before downloading the PDF?

What is the difference between an invoice and a quotation?
A quotation is a priced offer that is valid until a stated date and creates no obligation to pay; an invoice requests payment for goods or services supplied. Mark documents as draft, sent, paid, overdue or closed, share a summary via WhatsApp or email, and on Pro convert an accepted quotation into a tax invoice in one click.
