An ITAC import permit, an NRCS Letter of Authority and a DALRRD certificate are separate applications to separate
bodies, each with its own lead time — and an LOA can take weeks. They are also easy to conflate: “no ITAC permit
required” does not mean “no approval required”. Goods that arrive without the right paperwork are detained,
and storage runs while you sort it out.
