Tiers, the shipment limit, how Real-View bundles with Trade Caravan, and upgrading.
Real-View has four plans. The one thing that changes between them is how many shipments you can track at once — the active limit. Everything else (tracking, the dashboard, port congestion) is the same.
The tiers
- Free — track a single shipment. Email alerts.
- Starter — a small set of active shipments. Email alerts.
- Growth — a larger set. Email and WhatsApp alerts.
- Pro — the highest limit, plus WhatsApp alerts and read-only API access for pulling your shipments into your own systems.

figures, so we keep exact numbers out of the help pages where they can go stale.
Bundled with your Trade Caravan plan
Every Trade Caravan account gets a free Real-View tier automatically. Paid Trade Caravan plans bundle a higher Real-View tier at no extra charge, and your signed-in plan is recognised the moment you arrive from Trade Caravan. There is also a 14-day trial available on the paid Real-View tiers.
Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
- Open Billing in Real-View.
- Pick the plan you want and follow the PayFast checkout (South African card or EFT).
- Your new limit applies as soon as payment is confirmed.
- To stop, use Cancel — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Hitting your active-shipment limit? Archive a delivered
shipment to free a slot before upgrading — archived shipments do not count
against the limit.
